Returns & Exchanges

At Heybike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your electric bike, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] to provide your order number and the specific reason for your return.

    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the bike in its original box with all components included, apply the shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
