We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do Heybikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every Heybike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the battery, motor, and frame to ensure your peace of mind.

Are the e-bikes difficult to assemble?

Not at all. Heybikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in about 30 minutes.

How far can I travel on a single charge?
